It supports carburizing, quenching and tempering, equipped with auto tilting unloading system, even heating and intelligent energy-saving control for full standard parts heat treatment production lines.

Complete Quenching & Carburizing Process Details
High-temperature gas carburizing paired with rapid liquid cooling quenching improves metal hardness, wear resistance and anti-corrosion property to extend service life of fastener parts.
- Step 1: Segment preheat furnace from 300℃ to 900℃, hold constant temperature to remove internal water vapor
- Step 2: Heat up to 830℃, cut off heating & kerosene supply, feed raw fasteners into sealed furnace tank
- Step 3: Raise temperature to 870℃, ignite waste exhaust gas to build sealed protective carburizing atmosphere
- Step 4: Cool furnace to 800℃, close kerosene valve, tilt furnace body to automatically discharge hot workpieces
- Step 5: Drop hot parts into water quenching medium mixed with sodium nitrite for anti-rust & uniform hardening effect
- Step 6: Cool workpieces down to 150-200℃, soak in anti-rust black oil then air-dry finished fasteners
- Step 7: Extend tempering holding time properly to boost part toughness if hardness is excessive
Full Drywall Screw Production Line Matching Flow
This tilting quenching furnace serves as core heat treatment equipment, perfectly matched with cold heading machine, thread rolling machine, mesh belt tempering furnace, pickling phosphating line and barrel zinc plating line. The whole line processes raw CHQ wire rod into standard black drywall screws and electro-galvanized finished screws.
