This fully continuous mesh belt heat treatment furnace is universally applicable to all kinds of nails, screws and small metal fastener parts. Equipped with independent intelligent temperature control system and energy-saving fiber lining, it achieves automatic feeding, heating, quenching and tempering in one single line, delivering consistent workpiece hardness and stable mass production capacity.

This universal mesh belt furnace supports bright non-oxidation quenching, thin-layer carburizing and carbonitriding under sealed protective atmosphere. Mesh width, furnace total length and mesh running speed are all adjustable to match different workpiece dimensions.
