Machine Component Details
1. Adjustment Pulley
It controls cutter tightness. Rotate the pulley and adjust left-right screws to clamp or release the cutter; tighter setting moves cutter to center, looser setting spreads cutter to both sides.
2. Wire Straightening Wheel
Special group rollers to straighten raw metal wire, guarantee flat wire feeding and uniform finished nail quality.
3. Main Flywheel
Adjust nail cap thickness. Loose top fixing screw, rotate flywheel to shift pressure plate; clockwise rotation makes thinner nail cap, counter-clockwise rotation makes thicker nail cap.
4. Lubrication System
Regular oil injection with ordinary machine oil or gear oil ensures full component lubrication. New machines require sufficient lubrication within the first 15 working days; replace lubricating oil every 3-4 months and keep dust-proof maintenance.
