How It Works

1. Insert the end of the raw wire rod between the upper and lower rollers.
2. Start the machine and let the rollers squeeze the wire end gradually.
3. Feed the wire back and forth until the end becomes thin and tapered.
4. Remove the pointed wire end and prepare it for the wire drawing machine.
5. Thread the tapered wire end through the drawing die to start the wire drawing process.
