4. Working Technological Flow
- Insert two wire ends into copper clamp jaws
- Lock raw wire tightly by rotating manual clamping handles
- Adjust current dial gear according to wire diameter
- Turn on power supply; contact surface generates resistance heat to melt metal
- Push handles forward to squeeze molten wire ends for seamless fusion
- Cool the welding joint, loosen clamp and take out connected wire
- Feed finished wire into wire drawing or nail making machine for continuous production
5. QC Inspection & Factory Display
Every wire butt welder undergoes full performance inspection before delivery, including transformer load test, welding current stability test, brass clamp conductivity test, caster durability test and safety circuit detection. Finished machines are stored neatly in factory warehouse for bulk shipment. We support customized voltage and welding specifications to meet different global clients’ demands.
